Everyone who is at least 14 years old and physically fit can learn hang- and paragliding.
The one-day taster course or a tandem flight with a trained pilot is the fastest way to get a first taste of altitude.
If you want to get started correctly, you can fly independently after two training sections (basic and high-altitude flight course), which together last about one week.
