The Salzkammergut Golfclub Bad Ischl, founded in 1933, lies in the midst of the fantastic mountain world and the deep blue lakes of the Salzkammergut.
As early as 1937, when golf was still largely unknown in Central Europe, Edward, Duke of Windsor, took to the round with us. In the decades that followed, our traditional club helped shape the development of golf in Austria.

All 18 holes are integrated into the unspoilt landscape and the most modern machines ensure perfect maintenance of our course. The "Ischler Grüns" already have the best reputation nationwide.
New golf cars are available for more comfortable course handling. Our office will gladly and reliably reserve your desired starting time.
Modern cloakrooms and sanitary rooms in the clubhouse are provided for our guests.

World-class players such as Gordon Brand or the golf greats Severiano Ballesteros and Mark McNulty, who unfortunately died far too early, have contributed greatly to our popularity.
The Spaniard Jose Maria Olazabal, 2-time Master's winner, showed two days of golf at its best on our course in 2002.
