Paintball is becoming more and more popular with young and old. Paintball is played all over the world in many different variations, whether in the forest, in urban surroundings or on special sports fields.
The most important elements are teamwork and tactics combined with a lot of movement and adrenalin, with which paintball promotes teambuilding in larger groups and cooperation.
Gelatine balls filled with starch and food colouring are used, which are fired from so-called markers (air rifles specially designed for paintball) and burst when touched with an object.
